Kinda spoiler

Not related to the romance between characters. But covers of seasons seems to match the character the season kinda focus on. For the first we had Ian, an in the first season we saw a lot of his backstory, explanations about him etc...
Now we have TJ and there's already focus on him, we are getting his backstory in newest chapter, there's bigger focus on the things he's planning to do regarding the mafia etc.
It may be totally unrelated, but it's interesting to think about that.

And regarding the romance.
I understand people and why they are mad. I hate love triangles and dragging things around. But on the other hand Ian isn't obligated to stay with Jo just because Jo said he likes him. Life is more complicated than that (I agree that Ian shouldn't be giving him false hope tho).
And Isn's x TJ's relationship is complicated from the beginning. Their entire lifes they knew only for eachother, they were only constants in eachother's lifes. It's not that much about love how much it is about dependance and fear of losing that one comfort feeling of constance. (I know TJ broke Ian's legs and their relationship is toxic, but just take in count what kind of life they are living and where from they are coming).
As for TJ I even see him as tragic character. I kinda pity him (as a oerson, not as a Isn's lover/fuck buddy)
I'm very interested in where the story will go.

    Summed it up perfectly

I like the way you summarized it. In other page I talked about how you can't simply ignore the codependency between them (I also said you can't ignore the love behind that because they're not two unhappy people stuck in an unhappy marriage, they crave each other, they worry for each other, and they're scared about what out-loud feelings could do to them).
But returning to the codependency, you said TJ broke Ian's leg and it wasn't like that. We still don't know why TJ wanted his men stop him that night, and while Ian tried to escape, he had that accident that ruined his career. But that hospital scene shows perfectly that mutual codependency, because TJ felt like shit because he knew what that accident meant for Ian. And he tried to tell Ian the truth, but Ian didn't let him. Ian didn't want to face himself letting that slide as if nothing just because it's TJ, despite it had ruined his future plans.
That arc we don't know much about is the perfect example of their dynamics and all the good and wrong they bring to each other. There are toxic element in there? It might, on both sides, and mostly because they both prefer to keep ignoring the elephant in the room and not to talk about things. It's easier just keeping the things as they are because that keep them together without questions.
Just to be clear, I stand that they love each other and I hope they can talk it out before it's too late

You said all of this perfectly! And sorry for my mistake about Ian's injury, I red it long ago and got it messed up in my head.
About them talking out loud their minds and emotions, I'm kinda afraid of what is going to happen to TJ, the story has some kind of bittersweet vail around which is giving me bad feeling. What if one day Ian rush to the hospital to TJ, but it's to late.
Also, about their relationship, there definitely is love included, but at some point it seems they just can't let go (maybe because of that love, I have to read entire thing again in one go, so I can get clear picture)
One interesting thing I really like is the way their intimate scenes are portrayed. In similar set-ups we usually have abusive possessive top, but their sex is passionate, dirtyminded, rough but at the same time it's very visible how TJ cherish Ian in those moments. Overall no matter where they go, they can't stay away from eachother. It's a bit sad that Jo is hanging out there xD, but the way things are going now is way more realistic than Ian just jumping at youngster who said 'I like you'. (I'm not doubting Jo's love or intentions but it's not enough to win someone's heart in a day)

I want Jo to stop crushing on Ian....like please. I was so happy when he asked to be friends ...

Jo is my fav character and he's too wholesome and pure for ian.(no hate to Ian) he deserves someone better. I want them to stay friends tho cause maybe he can fix Ian a bit but Ian obviously has a thing for tj
