Every character in this story sucks, except for Emilia, Ophelia and maybe Elodie. Everyone keeps talking about how they would've treated Emilia better after years of treating her like shit and not even bothering to look for her after she left. And Raretis is the most passive and pathetic love interest I've ever seen, He never takes any action. I'm pretty sure he would've ended up marrying Ophelia if she lived, even though he loves Emilia.
