So it's people's problem now that they want to be a cop in my perspective I view this as an act of betrayal they may not be close but imagine your comrade killing thee child's father their only bread winner and still not telling the truth for it ik that the red eye bastardized killed his dad but it's still messed up
The officer was chasing him, if he wasn’t there in the first place, and if he hadn’t started running, the cop wouldn’t have been put in a situation where he was killed. Regardless of whether the ML was conscious or not, he was involved in the crime that got the cop killed. If he had handed himself over to the police, the cop wouldn’t have chased him and wouldn’t have been murdered. He might not have physically killed him, but he’s still responsible for the death.
What are you not getting?
If we’re basing this on social responsibility (how people should be responsible for their actions, and even if an event is caused indirectly, they should still be responsible for that event) he is just as guilty.
This is such a load of bullshit. We don’t even know HOW the cop was killed. How do you know he wouldn’t have gotten killed even if the ML hadn’t run away? He was back in that area alone without a partner. He could’ve gotten snuck at any point. Everything about how the ML got hit and didn’t see or remember what happened is completely illogical anyway. And I’m pretty sure when we actually find out how the cop allowed himself to get stabbed, it’s going to be just as ridiculous.
That is some convoluted ass reasoning. Ig you're the kind of person who would put the blame on the victim when the cop kills someone claiming it was 'self defense'.
The cop is there bc it's a raid or whatever - they knew it was a risky join. In fact what was he doing alone there in the first place, without back up?

Don't care I now hate the ml
