Try to put the chapter you're reading in desktop mode and click the photo you want to save
i had the same question, i have been reading on laptop for years, but cant save photos in ablum from phone :(
Click on the menu on top while on the manga page you want to save then click on desktop version. Add the page to an album then click on new version to switch back
