Hi guys. In case you missed the credits page, Kumapub, the publisher of the official Dear Mr. Rain and Dear Hatter translations back in 2022, is holding a book request poll on
X (Twitter). Visit https://x.com/kumapub/status/1951387115100745956 to fill out the survey and make sure to request The Speaker so we can support the author!! You can request as many titles as you'd like, so please try including this manga. There's a good chance it gets picked up if enough of us vote.

For anyone confused, mgg isn't restoring lists user by user starting with the oldest accounts. It's going by date added. Everything that was ever added to someone's list in 2014 then 2015 etc. If you're a 2019 user and started recovering some of your stuff, it doesn't mean that those of us with accounts made in 2015 recovered everything. We're all still waiting. It has been extremely slow and the further they go in time the slower it will be esp with how many new accounts were created in 2021. Be patient.

Thank you!! I've been saying this in the comments and even added it in the FAQs

"WHY DO OTHER HAVE THEIR MANGAS BACK ALREADY, WHILE MINE IS STILL MISSING?
    - please note that it's not about how old your acc is, it's about when youve started marking mangas. think of this like we're reading through a giant BOOK of everyone’s manga list, arranged by the exact time each manga was added (aka timestamps). Each timestamp is like a page in the book, and we read them from the oldest timestamps to the newest. Right now (as of writing this post), we are reading timestamps from March 2020, so any timestamp dated later than March 2020 wont appear YET"

Kinda confused about the restoration because I've noticed that only the ones i've rated have come back to my list. So if I didn't rate them it won't be added?

    Suujin January 27, 2026 11:46 am

FYI, we're currently reading timestamps from July 2020, so mangas that we're added to your lists on or before July 2020 should now be correctly displayed

As far as I remember the "timestamps" I mentioned are arranged from oldest to newest BUT they're also grouped according to, Already read, Reading, and Want to read. Which is why if you noticed, AlreadyRead mangas are coming back first. And somewhere in between those groups or at the end, the non-rated mangas will also be back as well as your comments

I'm not sure either. Unrated works from 2018 and back have been restored for me, but I've noticed I only got stuff back from 2019 if I rated them. The rest hopefully gets restored too.

Does anyone know where I can find experienced typesetters to help with a translation project?

All opinions/ratings/reviews I give are personal and subjective. I never claim to be right or objective. I might knowingly give high ratings to works that others could find questionable for the simple fact that they made me think, I found them relatable, they handled a particular aspect well, or any other personal reason.

an effort was made but it's still ass.

not bad, just fine, adequate, decent, good for what it is.
3.5

good, no glaring flaws. Might have minor flaws or ones I can ignore.
4.5
very good, great.

almost perfect, leaves me wanting more.

perfect (for me), doesn't need to have the craziest premise, just needs to be very well executed. If it's a dark topic it needs to be handled with care. I need to feel like the author has done their due diligence. If it's romance it needs to be stinking cute, sickeningly sweet.

I treat MGG like a reading journal so the notes I take are for myself (I tend to forget stories if I don't take the time to gather and detail my thoughts).

I don't read omegaverse. All omegaverse is trash by default.
