He is! I read a book recently with a love interest who I’m pretty positive was inspired by him, and there were people who didn’t like that character too. I guess guys like them aren’t for everyone :’)

I really hate the misinformation around OHSHC that's been going around and the hate Tamaki gets.
He is literally perfect for Haruhi and I really dislike the rumor that people passes around as if its a fact that the ML was supposed to be Mori.
Tamaki was the ML from the very start, the story of Ouran revolves different tropes especially in romance stories. The author themselves stated that they wanted a fresh love story where the ML is dramatic since most shoujo back in the time has the cold and aloof ML and they make fun of those trope using Ouran
Also unpopular opinion but I really believe that Hikaru is in love with both Haruhi and Tamaki
