I've been avoiding younger semes lately cause of this its so popular but I never feel like the two are in love. It just feels one sided on semes part and they have to suffer bc of bottoms exes actions and its frustrating.

Exactly some of my favorite novels nowadays are like powerful older bottoms with younger puppy semes sincr these powerful bottoms usually reciprocate the semes affection better and are active participants in the relationship. Another manga with the puppy seme doing all the chasing, and I looked more like he was obsessed with his first love. I personally didn't like this one, the art is beautiful but I hated the bottom. Until the end it looked unequal. Always the good and faithful young ones.
