No rhyme or reason for why he decided to just become a prostitute? Like I'm not knocking it as a profession but... He didn't seem impoverished? And he had apparently been a virgin before he started working there? Doesn't seem overly enthusiastic about it, (doesn't seem like he hates it either but yk) and he even has a regular job as well? These are very one-dimensional characters if I try to find substance...
