Its a final fantasy doujinshi shipping noctis and impr-something. How noctis gives he's eraser to the other guy because his eraser is running out and the other guy doodles him and noctis in his notebook with like hearts. When noctis finds the notebook the other guy tries to erase it and yea they make up and fall in love. I forgot the name and the summary might be bad but its so cute (ﾉД`)ｼｸｼｸ
