Oh so you mean literally the one and only time he was willing to communicate and explain like every other time he never listened or gave her a chance to explain or believe in her like how most of the misunderstandings are linked to his hatred and resentment towards a situation he doesn’t understand or remember or how he uses his trauma to justify his awful behavior but then realizes that she’s hurting and traumatized too so he continuously confuses her but doing a 180 by being nice and not having his actions match his words

This most recent fight he asked her to tell him and she didn't. I'm sure this will end up being that she did something good for him, but my point is that he doesn't know and she is keeping it secret. He's reacting to his reality.
It wasn’t in in secret first of all, she did it to protect him and we’re also learning more about how he was there and he doesn’t remember and she doesn’t owe him anything he doesn’t explain anything ever he forced her into a marriage he abuses her physically mentally emotionally like and he doesn’t explain yeah I’m gonna stab you but it’s not cause I wanna hurt you, but let’s her believe that it’s because he hates her I like really don’t know why you’re defending it so hard when he literally is real realizing in real time that all of his misconceptions about her were all inside of his head that he never once took the chance to listen to her, he never came to visit her. He never believed in her. He never wanted to hear her explanation. He just wanted to torture her. And you’re bringing up the one instance, he asked her to communicate where we seeing in every other instance, he’s always lying to her or himself like I don’t know this is seeming very misogynistic to defend a man that we’ve been seen. The whole entire story has been wrong. The whole entire story has been hurting her.

The "secret" is how things went down. The entire time she's known and he's been reacting to what he knows.

The way he has treated her until now has been directly because he doesn't know the truth and she refuses to tell him. He never "forced her into a marriage", that's something they both want for personal reasons, and he never "physically abused her", the cut thing was because he needs to touch her blood for his ability... He was mean to her a few times... He's been very conflicted because he naturally still loves her and has trouble being shitty to her despite what he thinks she did...

He's realizing in real time that she was not treated well in the penitentiary like he was lead to believe, he is not realizing in real time that "all of his misconceptions are in his head" and that wouldn't make sense anyways because she was arrested for the thing that's actually hurting him for not knowing about it. The thing she's been avoiding telling him about the whole story. In reality he's been progressively failing to keep her at a distance because he still cares about her and she's giving off signs that she was abused in the penitentiary.

Again, he had every reason to believe he shouldn't care about her at that point. She needed to tell him that what literally everyone "knows" about her to be fact is actually false. He is only just now learning of this possibility by the investigation done by his aide, not from her. Because his grandfather had done an investigation into it before dying. Despite this misunderstanding, he has been struggling TO hate her because of his feelings for her.

If pointing out that the things you're saying are strikes against his character are directly sourced to the secret she is keeping from him and that it is reasonable for him to have been tricked like everyone else about what she did because she doesn't tell him it is false is "misogyny" to you then you're applying it too broadly.
