Andy is the one with the bloodline curse. That's why he shows no emotion. But I don't doubt he loves Karina, it's just twisted because he's had an inferiority complex against after since they were kids. He wasn't able to see the truth behind his father's actions. It seemed pretty straightforward.
And if tati just stuck with will she could have had a real love too but she was too obsessed with what she didn't have to see what was in front of her face.

About Tati getting love, I think the knight really loves her for real. Ray as well but he she betrayed him too far with the slaves
Fr I feel SO bad for him. It’s like the author decided to add the part with the inferiority complex resulting in him being awful because if they didn’t then we’d all be pitying the dude so much lol
Ugh. And adding in that line about the kids to make him less likable. Just make him a tragic character, go all in
Soo, i actually pity the second prince or idk quite abit. (Dont come at me) i analyze his perspective quite a little and from a very young age, wasnt he just used and manipulative too? I mean the former emperor was the root of that.
Then the situation with kari, i think their relationship was abit well(?) until she was paranoid with the thoughts of things repeating again (understandable tho) but then she said words that kinda triggered him ig? (The part when she told the story to the current emperor)
Being used as a child and even through the very age, must have been gruesome.
