I freaking LOVE this chapter. When FL ask Adeline why she's not in love with ML anymore, and she replies with "because I am mentally healthier now than I was in my past life". I love this reply so freaking much. I don't even know how to explay why, maybe because so often we see couples pulled together by traumatic shit.
