I agree with this but I'm curious about that QnA post
Do you have a link by any chance? There was someone pretending to be the official mggo account earlier so I'm just curious if that's the one you read or if theres any more I should know about
But yea, having to go through and repeat everything is why the initial people that were spreading information in the first week are burnt out right now it seems

This is the main one but there will be more information if you look through his/her account
mmm I love suujin too but just letting you know this isnt' official unfortunately
Still doesn't mean its not trusted :)
Aside from the official emails we got ( https://www.mangago.me/home/mangatopic/21155166/)
I don't think we've gotten any more official statements
And I agree it's really frustrating as someone that had spent time out of her day to let others know the situation but well, I just have to sigh and hope we get another update soon
Others have said that usually mggo never really does official statements, and while I understand that, it's still really frustrating

Its been over a week now just waiting quietly without complaining for lists to be fixed. I know they are doing their best getting the website back up and trying to restore the lists but there hasn't been a single announcement after that official QnA post from mgo. I lost all my 5+ years of want to read, reading and already read lists and im devastated like almost all the user do. Now im just rearranging what i was currently reading and just living off of that so i just wish there would be more communication between the community and the developers. Best of luck to all the users out there and the developers of the mgo website.
