yo cauqhtz needs to calm tf down, like why u escalating shit I agree with akane. Sure gagamaru ain’t perfect and can’t block every new shot, but compared to earlier chapters it does feel like gagamaru hasn’t had a level up or any sort of character development, he kinda feels stagnant to the rest of the players. Unfortunately i think it’s just for the plot armor of having japan lose so (hopefully) isagi and the rest can power up and defeat england, cuz in sports manga you can’t have a power up without losing some games/goals, unfortunately gagamaru is the goalie so by default he looks bad when the other team scores. Praying when japan gets their next power up we get to see gagamaru run his shit

In his defense opposing teams goalies aren't blocking shit either tho
