As i remember, it is the same so far. This meeting happened after the Brown reappointment but before the meeting with the emperor to decide the West representative.
Next episodes will probably be about empress's attack on Pellet corporation.
I don’t think they changed anything in the webtoon.

Sequence should be:
Reinstatement of Brown.
This meeting (Tia, grandpa and vassals)
Attack on pellet Corp.
Meeting for western representative (agenas vs. Brown) - the deciding matter on this is the land deed that pellet Corp has. (So that's why the attack of pellet Corp will happen before the representative meeting).
