I haven’t actually read a love too captivating but Ik it delinquent x top student my fav with that trope is blue sky complex it’s quite long so it can be intimidating but if ur only interested in the highschool romance you only have to read the first volume ^^

The moment you mentioned doukyuusei I knew you have Elite ball knowledge! This was peak. I watched the movie and have researched it 2 times as well. It's so cute. I really hate the p3do teacher and his storyline though so I skip it and I recommend everyone else to skip it aswell. (Unless you're into inappropriate age gaps and power dynamics, which, hello why, what's wrong with you???)
Darling I watched doukyuusei movie it was so cuteeeee and I read the entire series in 2 days! Love that series, I was so happy that got married T_T. Still can't forget kusakabe's chopped ahh haircut though lmao. I HATE THAT P3DO TEACHER!!!! I did not read his spinoff he needs jail time!!! And didn't read sajou's dad's spinoff either. Kinda only focused on sajpu x kusakabe they were so cute! T_T.
I swear i must have watched the movie at least 4 times, i love the main storyline it’s a shame the author had to include such red flag and random side stories in such a wholesome manga. I love sajous mom and kusakabe with all my heart.
The side story’s really are strange though from weird age gaps, to major cheating, to pedos and the homophobic dad getting with another dude lol

I really don't remember cheating though? who cheated on who? sajou and kusakabe didn't cheat iirc. (although that one friend of sajou in college got super wierd about him and tried to kiss him i guess and sajpu was clueLESS about his advances i think)
