i forgot abt that lmao
i honestly thought he meant it in a general 'holding hands w anyone ect is gross' way until i got to the end of the chapter and was like. wait a minute scroll back up. i forgot homophobia exists.
mc is valid for ditching, i just get miffed when characters that are 'emotionless' or dont understand something and are seeking genuine help are so misunderstood. talking and expressing things is hard so i sympathize.
I get it, since I despise misunderstandings and don't like it when characters lack clear communication.
This particular situation got me annoyed though because he said "it's hard to imagine being with a man," and then went into the kissing/holding hands stuff. He might have meant in general, but that specific verbiage and his later comments about not knowing how it works with two guys told me all I needed to know. MC was valid for feeling some type of way. While LGBT+ stuff doesn't get much support in South Korea, it's not often that I read a BL that takes place there and acknowledge the troubles with having friendships as an out gay man; usually the friends are gay as well or he's keeping it a secret.
Kinda hard to root for this couple just because of how awkward the ML is. He may not have any negative intentions, but his comments and his normal sad expression kind of make me worried about stuff as the plot develops.

kinda lowkey mad he decided to cut ties when its obvious, at least to me, that young ha doesnt mean to offend and is just trying to figure out how romance works (esp since im aro so i get it i get it)
but on the other hand its not like hes personally responsible for young ha so i get that too
so im preparing myself for frustration lmao
