The one chasing ass is Jo. Ian literally did what best for Jo after seeing his ass about to lose himself trying to kill Jamie for his sake. Jo choosing to do this for a man he knows for only a few month willingly insert himself in dangerous situation for him btw. Ian didn't force Jo into anything so being the endgame isnt owed to Jo. He is a grown ass man who made that decision on his own. Hold him accountable for that too.As for the synopsis, it was address already. That it was just a brief recount of the first chapter.
