Then it's probably best to drop it after the end of Book one, which is fast approaching. Book 2 isn't any better, in fact, I'm willing to say it's a lot worse. Idk if season 5 will cover the end of Book 1 as well, but just know that we're reaching the end of the first arc.
I was pissed before, but their collective unwillingness to treat her as a competent adult is now aiding her abusive father in manipulating her. I'm so fucking mad. None of these people deserve Maxi, and it's only a need to her saved from him that prevents me from dropping this.
