She is one of the best and most consistently written antagonists in this genre, so I feel you. She genuinely has her own motivations, good or bad, and sticks to them. She is a strong opponent for the protagonists. She keeps her head up even as she is falling for now. She is a product of her time and upbringing but is a great representation of the old school vs the new school, lavini could have had her own story rising to empress seat and taking control of her own family, but this is kind of her post game where she has become corrupt. She’s not stupid, she just could never have predicted this is Tia’s second life
I understand you my friend (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
It's very rare for me to like Human Villainess, usually I like those demonic kind of villainess since what do you expect for those demons, goodness of the heart?
But this kind of villain, Lavini is different, I can understand why the emperor chose her, she is indeed an Empress (▰˘◡˘▰)... unlike those empresses we knew that can only used their legs open to get the crown, this Lady used everything to achieve her goal! ヾ(☆▽☆)
(Doesn't mean I support her mindset but she is worthy of being called the Villaines of the our dear Tia)
Real, I love her because I hate her so much. She is really well developed as a villain and unlike other stories, she isn’t evil just for the sake of being evil. She also isn’t evil in an almost goofy way that I’ve read in other stories lol. She’s the perfect villain of the story and you gotta love to hate her lol

But aside from Perez and ofc my lovely girl Tia, cute grandaddy and my precious Gallahan... my favorite character is Lavini...
Gurl!!! This is the same thing I felt with cersei lannister. Lavini kinda reminds me of cersei, just a little tamed. JUST REALLY! I LOVE AND HATE THEM SO MUCH! idk how this feeling should be categorize as...
Am I in awe because their characters were wonderfully evil, manipulative, human and brilliant?? Or did the admiration came from the woes of a very capable Figurehead who was just so unlucky to be born as a woman in a very patriarchal society and family???
They said in history, that a woman's weapon is her charm, beauty and her poison... I guess they both have it!!!
Do I have a villain/villainess syndrome?..???????
