*puts nerd glasses on* ahem so what happened was, kiel set a trap in the basement-> everyone who went to the inn thought they will get to find out who the "bloodbath" is -> when everyone approached the basement where the "bloodbath" allegedly was having a meeting with an editor, the drug bomb was set off -> kiel set this up for the nobles who were onto him being "bloodbath"
