this is what someone explained to me: Omegaverse is not set in stone, specially with alpha women it rlly depends on how the author goes about it.
The most common ones are that female alphas have either retractable genitalia, meaning it looks like a vagina until theyre aroused and it comes out as a dick. Or are like female hyenas which have the same anatomy as their counterparts (this one is far more common, specially in female alpha x male omega pairings)
Theres some stories that just rule out female alphas as normal women and you basically dont have the option of naturally conceived babies between lesbian couples tho :/
