I'm kinda mad that Heonjae resorted to harming himself to escape his culpability and he never apologized to Jingi... Like Jingi is still trying to look out for HJ despite bleeding out and HJ is still agonizing about losing Myeongil.
I also saw a couple of KR/JP fans on twt speculating that this chapter marks Heonjae's exit from the 3p. Like it's a farewell to his unrequited (?) love for MI which makes me wonder what MI actually wrote on his hand. My first guess was something like "come back soon" vs "I like you"
Heonjae keeps getting away with his antics. He didn't get any repercussions from that thing he pulled during the sports festival, myeong-il didn't find out about Heonjae pulling the strings so that he'd move into his room willingly, and even after he attempted murder on his brother, he still came out to be the victim in myeong-il and jingi's eyes. He's very spoiled.
Heonjae exiting the love triangle right now is still a long shot. I think it's just a way for the author to create some development between Jingi and myeong-il, cause their relationship was kinda stuck in a limbo ever since that misunderstanding about the photos.
Regarding the note, I saw someone saying it might be about meeting outside the prison, and that's also what I think for now. I don't think Myeong-il's actually in love with Heonjae. The way I see it, he's just more attached and comfortable with him because he comes off better than Jingi (if only he knows the truth of it).
omg i read it too and, honestly, before i was kind of on the fence about heonjae but now like im fully done with him he is getting on my NERVESSS how are you about to suibait right after you almsot killed your brother gtfo my face.. like you said he needs to face some fucking reprecussions for his actions and if he ends up with myeongil i'll be pissed

Anyone else read the chapter?
Heonjae's really pretty in this chapter, but I can't with him acting like a victim after almost killing Jingi LMAO.
I can see two ways this will end; Either it's 3P or one of the brothers ends up dying. I'm kinda leaning on the latter, with Jingi dying to protect Heonjae. I say this cause even after what Heonjae did to him, he still doesn't think that Heonjae bears any ill will towards him, only that he was forced to do in exchange for money. And even after that, it didn't seem like he felt any resentment towards him. Evidently, Jingi loves Heonjae more than he loves Myeong-il. Their sibling relationship is portrayed so realistically, it's how there are times when you want to murder your siblings but at the same time you'd also give up everything for them. Even when you look at their dynamic, it makes so much sense that Jingi is the eldest sibling, and Heonjae is the younger one. (Anyone with siblings would know what I'm talking about lol)
I'm kinda pissed off with this whole love triangle just because I want to see the brothers having a good relationship with each other. I'm so annoyed at Heonjae for antagonizing Jingi. Jingi's not a good person in anyway, and he's not about to win any best brother award, but Heonjae literally cannot look past him being a competion for Myeong-il. He needs to straighten up fr.
