It's been along time since I read it, so there's probably something I forgot. But basically they all reborn into a new world (or something like that) which happen to be in the novel that mc read. Some of them regain the memory of their past life, but not all of them remember it, like mc's parent in this current world.

The only person who had problem after regaining their past life memory is our mc.This one I forgot but I think it's actually because he didn't completely die in his previous world. Remember the memory he had of building collapsing. That's actually really happen. His leg got crush under the building and he's just waiting to die.

I didn't really understand how it work but because he didn't die yet, it seem his current body always in constant pain. He need to get back to his previous world and die properly to continue living his current life here comfortably. In the novel his younger sibling cause mc to drown and he's almost die by drowning. While he lost his consciousness after that, he got send back to his previous world to die properly and then wake up properly in his current world with proper memory of both worlds.

Hmmm I think I just understand something while writing this, it seem his soul didn't completely move on from his previous world which is why his current body is always sick, and why he always complains about his leg. There's also a time where he completely wasn't able to move his leg because the leg of his body in the previous world got crush under the building. It's like his soul is still bound to his previous world's almost dying body which affects his current body.

Ah I forgot to mention, since he got reborn into this world, he didn't really borrow other people's body, that is originally his body. He live in that body since he was born as a baby but without his previous world's memory. He's just confuse because the time after he regain his previous world memory, the memory of his current body is lost, which made he think he reincarnated into someone else's body.

And he's the only one who have this problem, while other people had no problem after regaining their previous world memory. They just move on with their new life in this new world. One of mc's school friend and younger sibling is the one who remember. And later on ML will remember his too, and yeah he is the sunbae from previous world.

I don't know what kind of spoiler you actually want hehe since I didn't really remember much, but this is one of it.
