Honestly I was really disappointed with the ending.
After they confessed, they went straight to fck and then everything was forgotten and fine.
They didn't really talk anything through.
Inha wanted to at least "make it up" to Jaeon, but he just said it's fine, like?
There was no communication AT ALL, not even at the end.
He was interested in him and constantly thinking about him, even drawing him a lot.
But he wasn't really aware of that until way later.
It was pretty much like "I never felt like this with anyone else, so what is this" trope.
The mixed signals are merely him adoring Jaeon for linking him (He knew instantly, since Jaeon isn't being subtle) and trying to just get him out of his head.
I don't think he cared at all that Jaeon was a beta.
Extra spoiler;
He broke up with his last boyfriend because he bad mouthed Jaeon.
No need for explanations, after struggling with themselves for so long, both of them already knew they loved and needed each other. They’d both been waiting for a sign from each other, and when the chance came, they grabbed it.
Jaeon also realized that Inha’s “new partner” was just childish payback, since Jaeon had told him to “find someone new.” They didn’t sleep together (the guy didn’t know Inha’s size). And Inha’s confession came out of desperation, just to express his feelings, without expecting Jaeon to forgive him.
There’s no need for “making up” actions either, because Inha’s whole life after that is devoted to Jaeon. Unlike other stories that go for tit‑for‑tat: MC suffers, then ML suffers because of the MC or torments themselves, that’s just a clichéd way of writing. This story shows love as unconditional trust and forgiveness, without asking for compensation or making the other suffer just to feel satisfied. Sure, some will say this kind of love is blind and unrealistic. But this is how love is portrayed in this story.
Yeah, I guess you're right and it might just is a personal preference of mine, because I struggle with trust and forgiving myself.
I lack understanding of how they just could move on like this, so it felt unsatisfying for me.
I need words, confirmation, conveying how they felt up until then.
I don't think it's blind or unrealistic, since there are a lot of people who are like this and after following this while process, I was glad they end up happy and were able to leave all that behind.
This was just how I felt after imagining myself in a situation like this, because I could never.

Starting season 2 (Chapter 23) this will be 90% smut and 85% of that are rape.
Inha won't know the truth until the very end, but he did know from the start that Jaeon wasn't an Omega and took drugs. He will lock him up and after Jaeon "escapes", Inha kidnaps him and locks him up again, every time he literally fcked him non stop for days.
Jaeon transforms into an abnormal Omega and ends up in the hospital (could've died).
Though Inha realizes what he had done and that it was wrong and tried to change, he still almost raped Jaeon a few times there. Jaeon struggled a lot, even to the point he got so scared of Inha he wet his pants.
Etc, etc, in the end they lose contact and their lifes become pretty much the same as before. After many attempts of Inha to talk to Jaeon, and him constantly sending him away, he "gives up".
Get's a new boyfriend, etc.
After showing up with his boyfriend before Jaeon, Inha suddenly told Jaeon he loves him.
The same evening Jaeon forgives Inha for his behavior, told him what happened that night and they work it out.
