but vers people also do. it's like saying "why r u complaining about a female character design of big boobs with small waist and big butt, girls like that exist too" yes they do but it gets to a pt. where all people do is portray that kind of FLs. im a queer person too and idc abt top/bottom things bc not everyone is strict top/strict bottom. yes some people are and some people prefer one over the other. how many lesbians are touch me nots or pillow princesses? it's not like all of the lesbians/sapphics fall in either of this two category. most of them are vers (with pref of doing one over the other, or navigating it depending on the people they're dating). so yes, it's true that top/bottoms exist, but they're not "majority"/only two categories. binary-fication of queer identities is a bit ironical to me (''^_^)

no im not triggered darling. i js personally do not understand why people wanna know top/bottom dynamics. i do get where it might stem from but sometimes im like....."uhmmm....who cares tho?" but it is might be bc i dont care abt it, or maybe i do, thats why I dont read twink bottoms. i js don't like the stereotypical twink =>bottom kind of thing. and its so evident in the manga/hwas that this man was designed to be a bottom, and there's no possibility left that that man could even be a top/penetrator as well. (eg. jinx, love is an illusion, pearl boy etc) so i like stories where we can be vague abt these top/bottom dynamics. if i came off as rude that wasn't my intention, im js kinda fed up of the "lemme know who's the top" type of questions lately.

I'm sooooo happy to read this. I've felt this way for ages for exactly the reasons you mentioned but never could articulate it this well. One more reason why I hate it is because of my own personal preference where I want a couple to be complete equals in the relationship which is soooo hard to see in straight mangas. When I finally have the chance to see a relationship between equals where their position during sex doesn't matter and someone asks who is the top/bottom it bursts my bubble and frustrates me. In any case I think there should be a place for love stories where it is about how they feel about each other and who puts what in who doesn't matter and since that is such a rare category it needs to be protected.
