SO like... lately there's lines appearing in my laptop screen, two red lines at the top, and green lines at the bottom. I've tried any possible method to fix it without disturbing the hardware. Did this happen to anyone else? If so what did you? PLS HELP I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO HAVE IT FIX YET HUHUHUHU

This used to happend on my uncles laptop, unfortunately you have to go to the repair shop to fix it but it shouldn't be a big issue since it's just the screen, wait till you have enough money and get it fixed

Ahh I see T-T is it quite expensive to repair or just so-so? Its not really a huge deal to fix right? Since I'm a student with financial issues I really need to know how much I need to save up to get it fix

Maybe depending on the size of the screen/the brand but imo I think any repair needed for technical devices are expensive

The lines are just your screen being damaged, you may have hit it on something or have been opening/closing the laptop too roughly and now those lines are there because it's breaking. But eventually depending on how you treat your laptop from here on out they will get bigger/the screen will just suddenly not come on despite your laptop being on.

Since you're a student I recommend saving your work go a google drive or something you can access from a different device asap.

And maybe go for an ipad/tablet next time? Ipads are more expensive but a lot of tablets do about the same thing and are much cheaper than both a laptop and an iPad. You can also get a cheap Bluetooth keyboard if you prefer typing like that and if there's any work that needs to be done solely on a computer then you have a school library right?

Thank you for this! but yeah I don't think I've been roughly using my laptop... at least I don't think I do, now I'm overthinking it. Ahhhhh, also I did notice the hinges of my Laptop Screen is loose since I inspect it much closer when I heard something like a tape coming off whenever I open my laptop. I also did my research and google says it might be because of the wires/cables inside or possibly the Display Panel itself needed to be fixed. I'll try going out later to see and talk to some Devices Repairs and see if I could afford it right away so the damage wouldn't progress any further :’D

It is kind of sad since I did used to have an Ipad! But its second hand LOL, did come in handy for like 4 years before it started breaking apart so now my Mom gave me her work laptop instead (which is the one I'm talking about) so I could use it for school still (Been using it for almost 1y now but this thing is around 3 years old). I'm really worried since she would fr kill me if the laptop doesn't work anymore, I can't help but blame myself cause I know I've been using thing too much
