Do you not know what Rape is? Ian gave consent to sex but not to Jizz, which makes Jo NOT a rapist. Every Rape is SA but not every SA is rape. Also if we’re on this topic, what’s your take away with Ian asking tj to take it out and tj saying no? And tj telling him that’s he’s being such a baby when Ian says that it hurts? Or does this morality apply to Jo only?
It doesn’t make it any better cos you don’t see me defending Jo’s action at the time? If anything, you should be calling out the hypocrisy on your side because you can’t call Jo a rapist then excuse tj blatantly saying no when Ian asks him to take it out. I say you go back into Ws and read it again cos I’m not about to go in there to find the chapter. I’ve got the screenshots but I’ve forgotten what chapter tj was like “no, I’m hard again,” “but you like it like this,” “no” “don’t be such a baby.” Until then, we can have this conversation.
my point is both are not clean characters. even the author has said all three of them are not black and white. they will do things to each others, bad and good justifiable or not. this is not one of those stories where you should hinge your morality on. it's a freaken bl. and it's fiction. youve been on here ranting all day how tj is an abuser and I'm saying and jo isn't at the minimum?? and it only took him a couple months! I've feeling had YW picked him you wouldn't be so passionate about the ending and disregarded what he has done to yW. But go on, whatever makes you feel better.
But tj is an abuser? And you don’t see me justify Jo’s action? God forbid I want Ian to pick the guy who was his first when it came to certain things and gave him the love he’s been craving, normalcy. Between tj and Jo, the option is Jo considering all the years of abuse went through with tj. I’m a Joian Stan and I’m also an Ian solo Stan. I would have made peace with his decision if we got to see why he chose tj? Because you and I both know that they never had ONE meaningful conversation to solidify the reason as to why they were endgame. In the end, it’s just Ian doing shit and tj barely doing anything for his so-called lover. Back to my point, Jo is NOT a rapist and if you wanna call him a rapist so bad, then tj is also a rapist. I don’t even dwell on this because the author herself clarified that none of her characters are rapists but tj fans like you keep calling him why he’s not, now I gotta be the morality police and flesh everything out. Whatever, you hold your own opinions and I do the same.
Why is she grasping at straws when we bring this topic up, i am crine like they think this is not that serious ,which stems from rape culture to the core.she needs to understand and remember that a rapist & some actions is/are unredeemable because the trauma they inflict is permanent. SA isn't a "mistake" that can be fixed by an apology, TJ sending people to restrain Ian was a mistake that could've been redeemed throughout apology and Ian continuing his career if he wanted.Same for all TJ's wrong actions.
That's right you're a JOIAN Stan, of course you are. Jo was never going to give him that peace and happiness. He always wanted TJ. Like I know it's hard for you come to terms with that, but Jo would've always been a substitute. Why would you want that for him as well? Ian upon seeing TJ again, literally told him to run away with him!?? And once TJ came to terms with what he wanted Ian quite literally cut Jo loose and started planning his and TJ's life together!!!? Ian is literally grinning in every other panel in the last few chapters. He's happiest with TJ. Are those not enough actionable hints! Do they have to word vomit you everything?
Clearly, TJ and YW's speaks through their actions not words it's why YWs "I love you" at the end is so impactful. And why the author placed emphasis and focus on it. The author has given us many unspoken and spoken hints throughout the story as to why he chose TJ. It was always going to be him. This story is their love story, and I know you'll be triggered but Jo was just a catalyst for Ian to realize what he wanted with TJ. Doesn't matter if you think his relationship with Jo would've been healthier*, he just didn't want him.
Anyways, the story is over. It's your own problem to get over it, or not, not any one elses burden.
And if the author said they're not rapist then they're not rapist. I didn't say I was the morality police here did I? I was just calling out your hypcrocisy.
You gonna call out TJ's shit then lets call out Jo's too. Now here we are again.
Take Care.

Calling Jo a “rapist” will not make your Stan look better, sorry to break it to you.
