Why is she grasping at straws when we bring this topic up, i am crine like they think this is not that serious ,which stems from rape culture to the core.she needs to understand and remember that a rapist & some actions is/are unredeemable because the trauma they inflict is permanent. SA isn't a "mistake" that can be fixed by an apology, TJ sending people to restrain Ian was a mistake that could've been redeemed throughout apology and Ian continuing his career if he wanted.Same for all TJ's wrong actions.

Clearly, TJ and YW's speaks through their actions not words it's why YWs "I love you" at the end is so impactful. And why the author placed emphasis and focus on it. The author has given us many unspoken and spoken hints throughout the story as to why he chose TJ. It was always going to be him. This story is their love story, and I know you'll be triggered but Jo was just a catalyst for Ian to realize what he wanted with TJ. Doesn't matter if you think his relationship with Jo would've been healthier*, he just didn't want him.
Anyways, the story is over. It's your own problem to get over it, or not, not any one elses burden.
