I was onvoard 4b since I found out Bada is an NPC
All amazing theories( 3 and 4 my faves) but it would make a good sense if Bada was the creator since he is so into the horror trope and games. Maybe this was a way for him to escape reality? I am not sure but I believe the ending will be a happy one and they will get to meet in real world.
i was thinking maybe this is an alice in borderland type thing where they're all in between life and death but instead of getting killed instantly like in aib, the goal was to finish the entire game by the game's rules.

oh then this is a major spoiler to you then since it wasn't until the second season that they revealed about them being between life and death but basically people were made to play games set by the game master in order to get visas so they don't get the laser and die but they can also die in the games if they fail. there's no save point in that show, tho so when you're dead, you're dead *dead*. i don't know what else to say tho so you don't get any more major spoilers if you're interested in watching the show.
Well well well.. we’ve finally made it to the 2nd to last chapter and many things have been revealed. I feel like there’s a lot going to be packed in this last chapter and I’m all for it. Imo there are a few endings to be had and ofc I could be completely off with every single one of them but here we go:
1 bada is deleted because he is in fact an Npc, while I don’t want to believe it this could def be an ending. I mean how would he get to the real world if he doesn’t have a body? Plus once the game ends wouldn’t everything that is a part of it be erased anyways since it’s over?
2 adding onto the Npc bada, in order to get into the real world he takes seungchan’s body who is a live person. Essentially they switched places in the ritual so would it not make sense for them to switch places entirely as well? There are 5 people who can escape and 5 bodies in the real world (supposedly) is there a rule that states they must be the actual soul belonging to that body?
3 bada escapes into his own body, he might not actually be an Npc at all, he could have gotten left behind by the last group he played this game with. He could have just been stuck there so long that he lost all of his memories an why he warns them when they arrive, because he subconsciously remembers going through all of it before and is trying to save them from their fate. This could also explain why he was so good at the game to begin with
4 bada is the creator, he could very well have been the creator which is another way that could explain why he was so good at the game, he might have designed it for other people and ended up accidentally getting himself stuck in the game and forgettng who he was. There’s two routes I’m thinking for this though
4a he is the creator and got himself stuc, he gets his body back when they escape, then remembers why he did all of it in the first place, he likely won’t get a very good reaction from the group though….
4b he is the creator and made a character for himself and is observing the game from the real world, this would mean there is essentially 2 badas, this would likely lead to game bada being erased and real bada existing as usual, Doha probs wouldn’t be too happy about this considering his bada is gone but there’s nothing he can do about it, game bada could take over real badas body as well or thy could merge into one, having dual memories
5 could be like the hollow, they finish the game and their real bodies wake up but their game bodies stay in the world, but it’s like a neighborhood so they’re kinda living a normal life
6 everyone dies/get erased, I don’t think this is very likely but you never know, I mean the plot twist could be that there was no real world to begin with and they are all trapped there forever, or they are game characters being played by people, their memory tapes could be like a person saving their spot in the game or overriding saved and stuff like that
Anyways what do we think?!? I feel like all of these could be the case one way or another
