I’m a Juyeon supporter but yes, they are both bad people. If Juyeon wants to spend his balls in his childhood rapist and play house with him, that’s his prerogative. But he’s definitely more unscrupulous than people give him credit for. In the novel, there’s a scene after the gang rape where he is discouraged by Jiwook’s despondence and contemplates “kidnapping a big guy and raping him” to make himself feel better. (Yes, it’s in the original Korean version. I checked). Plus there’s his sexual assault of Soohyuk, whose only crime against Juyeon was tryna help his attic wife escape and the retconned dog chapter. I still stand with my problematic diva though
