i could be remembering wrong, since it's been a while since i first started reading this, but i don't think the ml ever fcks anyone else? he's definitely all in for the mc. like, has been head over heels for the past decade or whatever (since they were kids), and seems to only have hooked up with others bc the mc was in another country and forced to stay a virgin. pretty normal way to handle life, rather than to wait for a decade for a person he doesn't think will like him back, but idk that's just my take. it's not like he's stringing the mc on and sleeping with others at the same time.
As you continue the story you get more of the perspective of the mc and he actually doesn’t hook up with anyone it’s just a facade he’s completely devoted and at the mercy of the uke
