In the next book I’m pretty certain… it’s about all of their kids when they grow up. Although a couple of the relationships are pretty messed up if you think about it even a little (noah’s coworkers are around his kids their whole lives and end up getting romantically involved with them when they’re of age.. and it’s something that’s not considered a typical relationship dynamic even in their universe,,) but if you can tolerate it or just skip those chapters, their youngest son ends up with him

Melo basically just has an anxious and somewhat negative personality and is prone to stress related health conditions… honestly idk why hes like that when considering his parents and the fact he’s grown up with noah and kazui’s kids…
I actually just reread it, and I guess some people consider melo to be a groomer (even though he’s four years older than noris AT MOST) and I can see why, but like I said I feel that it would have to be at least a little more conscious on his side considering he isn’t much older…
