What is this about? Is it worth reading?

Please don't this shit getting worse every chapter i feel i'm gonna throw up

It's a political, historical intrigue romance.
It follows the bloodline of a royal family, who the majority of was assassinated and the children who were left alive grew up and what became of them because of the mass tragedy.
There is three couples so far. They all male/male.
There is a lot of detailed sex scenes. Some are rape scenes some are not.
