Depends on the way you think about the omegaverse and would write it.
Just from what ive read:
Majority if not all of the time omegas cannot get anyone else pregnant (which is unfair imo.)
Alphas cannot get other alphas pregnant (just from the ones ive read), sometimes betas can get an omega pregnant, haven't really read hetero omegaverse cause like.. whats the point but im assuming its rare for a beta to get an alpha pregnant.
And ofc alphas can get omegas and betas pregnant.
It can literally be any way you want.
I like to think omegas can get each other pregnant, they do have like 'low quality' sperm or whatever bullshit i remember reading so it'll take more effort.
This is excluding engimas, ofc they can get literally anyone pregnant.

From what I search by default omega can't get another Omega pregnant because their body do not produce sperm but I think it's also depends on the author writing it too. They can bend the rule and make it possible. Like how they say recessive omega can't get pregnant or usually infertile but by some miracle they still get pregnant
