idk I disagree it's only manipulation when you knowing tell the other person that you are going to study aboard after breaking up in hopes that they would chase after you, Jaehyuk didn't tell Garam it was those guys who did, so he didn't want garam to know. It's more like him just running from his problems to move on, allowing for separation yk. I agree with everything else tho:)
Same. I agree with everything else but I don't think it's manipulation. I think for him this was how he could have kept the space Garam wanted between them. Seeing as for him it was hard to stay away. What better way to stay away than to go far away where it would be hard to give into temptation and concede.
to clarify, the running away that i was talking about here is the one that garam did. jaehyuk going abroad is not manipulation because it was just from pure coincidence that garam managed to know it. sorry, im not a native english speaker

Sorry. I didnt mean to make you have to defend yourself. Just wanted to share my thoughts as well. But I see what you mean about the garam.
To be honest, I see Jaehyuk's ultimatum of being open about their relationship or not as healthy. It is his boundary. I think he understands enough of Garam's trauma but it doesn't mean that he needs to adjust everything to it. Maybe, it was a dealbreaker for him, especially of how loud and proud he is as a person.
Garam needs to grow some strong willed ass and hold unto him because Jaehyuk is always the one conceding in this relationship. Running away is just a form of manipulation to get people do what you want. I understand his trauma, but that running away was just so below the belt.
BUT, Jaehyuk was also so foul at pushing Garam when Garam already established his boundary that he wants to take some time off together.
They don't have the prettiest nor the healthiest communication out there but hey, that's irl and suits their dramatic asses since day 1.
