In Chapter 17, they did fuck, but what kind of fuck, you might ask? Well, a non-consensual fuck in short, rape.
Not only that, I don't like that the MC is too naive, though I might say that it probably comes from his childhood since he got neglected. Third of all, while the ML might not have put his dick in the MC ass while he was sleeping, he still grinded his dick on the MC's thighs, making it somnophilia, or in other words, fucking a person while they're sleeping (Chp. 17). Last but not least (I can push this aside, but it's a bit of a bother), it's how the artist draws their side profiles, especially how long their noses are.
You can argue with me and try saying that what the ML did is not wrong or that it can be excused and im gladly to reevaluate what I said

23 chapters isn't the "whole Manga". They gave this series a fair shot and even managed to avoid some of the more disgusting SA moments that happen after.
