They don't have to like him, they just need to understand him. Dane also has hateful behaviors but I think they will accept them easily as he is an omega.

It's normal to hate, but assuming to know everything after reading only a few chaps from another universe (kmiyc)? They have to know that even Koi, the birth dad, has a soft spot for Grayson. From what I remember, he is also the closest to his parents among the siblings.
Grayson is not the usual toxic top who has a boohoo background story for you to redeem. He is more complex than that and Dane, our resident playboy, saw that version of him.
