Yeah. The only thing it got going for it is the plot. It's too freaking interesting and the plot twist was immaculate (imo). The romance is part is just eh.

I disagree, I think the relationship in the novel kept it interesting. It grows and develops to where Cheonma basically becomes a simp lol
I haven't finished the novel yet I'm still at chapter 20(it's like 25 chapters long i think, so almost there). Maybe he will act like a simp in extras cuz i don't see it, he is acting like a tsundere more. The novel is almost finished and they are yet to have sex that is not power sharing. For the most part of the novel, MC is getting dragged into trouble by ML and saved by him. Most of their "romance" is just mc feeling indedbt to ML for saving him.
