Lorenzo acts like he’s the mafia he is, but I need Rian to act like the SS agent he is as well. Lots of sadistic tops x submissive bottoms out there, but I don’t want Bad Apple going that route. Come on Rian, I need you to realize what you’re dealing with and start taking him and his threats seriously. Lorenzo repeatedly calling him an idiot is starting to feel justified at this point.
Maybe it’ll take a few broken ribs to get the point across? Considering he’s dealing with the mafia, it’s a miracle he hasn’t lost any fingers. Just his dignity.

The thing about Rian is that he's extremely cocky. Very arrogant. He's been doing this job for years now without any noticable hiccups. He sees himself as untouchable and believes that no matter the problem, he can come out scot-free. The reason he has always never taken Enzo's threats serious is because he thinks he can always get away with it. That nothing will happen as long as he runs. But the problem here is that Enzo isn't doing all these because of some personal vendetta or because Rian did something so horrible to him he's retaliating for. No, it's obsession. Raw obsession. And the worst part about Enzo's obsession is that he's also a clear headed psychopath. Just because he's obsessed with Rian doesn't mean he's gonna be making stupid decisions or letting it cloud his judgement. If Rian ever wants to escape his clutches, he needs to make Enzo let his guard down which will be very hard to do because of how intelligent he is(ー_ー゛)
Don't know what y'all were expecting. For Enzo to be all lovey dovey?? To be a green flag from the very beginning?? Heck even when they eventually get together in the future, he will never be a green flag. Know why?? Cause he's bat shit crazy. Cause he's a psychopath.
