Exactly! It’s very important to be in a proper mindset when doing these plays and it’s obvious that they aren’t in those proper mindsets currently. Regardless of him safewording or not, him thinking he’s mad at him and risking safety by crawling while tightly bound is so not good.
I fear with every chapter im disliking him more and more. He was great as a dom, and since he sees relationships and dynamics as shared experience (+ the fact he has previous experiences) i thought he would make a great lover and dom but he's very toxic qnd doesnt know how to separate his raw emotions from their plays
Yes you can have things bleed into one or the other, but this is actually the second time where he lets his emotions totally handle the scene and completely skips over Hoseob's behavior. People dismiss it bc he doesnt say the safeword or bc he likes some of it dont understand that you as a dom have to be aware of your partner's mental and physical state, this poor guy is constantly in a state of anxiety bc he's too scared to messed up and his partner is not doing the work to actually communicate properly and ease his concerns
