This isn't bad, it's cute but.. it's so bland. The story has no real plot or character development. We never get to see the development of the twins relationship, neither MC's development about his knew injury and how much it affected his youth and neither we see ML's family trouble and how it affected his youth. Sure we get 1 panel out of all the things i said but that's basically nothing. This is a story I'll forget in a week

    *SORRY! LONG COMMENT AHEAD!*

You are right! There was no development with the brother or sister so the part where they appear at the university feels pointless. I even think there was no need to add a sister at all since she basically doesn't do anything.

Those panels would have been better spent if the author used them to develop the couple more, because as it stands it feels like their feelings and relationship came out of nowhere.

The characterization is so off that the top even came off as a player in the beginning, but then he acts very sincere. Ironically, if the story had taken the direction of him having become a player during his rebelling years, that would made him unexpectedly falling in love more interesting.

That would also make his return to tea ceremony more impactful. It's a bit underwhelming that he was already going back to his roots before meeting the bottom, it's like the relationship didn't really add a lot to that part of his development, so it feels like a different story happening in parallel, not something that is connected.

The bottom reconnecting with track because he was embarrassed and started running away is so... I don't have a word for that. It would have been better if he got inspired by his boyfriend trying tea ceremony again and decided to challenge himself.

Side note: his uncertainty about his future is a major plot point (or it should be), so It's weird that we don't even learn what his university major is and how it connects to what kind of career he decides to seek later.

I ended up adding a lot of "if's" to this comment, but I really feel like the adjustments I suggested would have made sense. This makes me think either the author didn't know what to do with the story (maybe because of a lack of experience), or the editor was sleeping on the post.
