if you can, can you spoil me what happened?? i think ive read this but i dont remember specifically what happened with "that" kidnapping
I haven’t read the novel btw, so I’m only going off the spoilers I’ve read. From what I remember Taeui was kidnapped for days and it was really bad. He was SAed too. If I’m not misremembering the kidnappers had something against Ilay. Later Ilay ended up brutally murdering all of them.
Almost at the end of DS after Tay escaped the Tarten mansion with Chris . The uncle convinced Tae to take his brother’s place ( because Ranhma wanted to kidnapped his brother again ) so he used his clothes and got kidnapped in his placa . That’s where we get Ilay trying to kill the brother (he didn’t know it was Taeui) because he was mad that Taeui was always in danger because of the brother . The kidnapping is not for long, aside of all the chaos is funny because we get Ranhma confessing and kissing Taeui because he thought he was the brother . To clarify at that moment no one knew it was Taeui because there were no lights, he had his mouth covered and hands tied behind his back .
Is it the same time when Ilay thought Taeui was dead?
Mmm there is no part where Ilay thinks Taeui is dead or are you talking about how after that Ilay started getting nightmares about Taeui dying so he makes the decision to give an order to his team that the moment ( if ever comes a day) Taeui is confirmed dead, they have to kill him too?
Or are you talking about when Taeui thought Ilay was dead?
Oh you’re right it was Taeui who thought Ilay was dead. Ilay was in the hospital too because he got shot…or was he stabbed?
Also Ilay ordered his team to shoot him too if Taeui died? That’s kinda romantic in the most fucked up way possible. He really fell hard.
Oh yeah, Taeui was stabbed by Ilay but Ilay was also hurt fighting Ranhmas men , so he had his stomach open up . Taeui even says that he could see Ilay an intestines. But when the lights turned back on , Ilay was so shocked seeing that he actually stabbed Taeui and not his brother that when Taeui yelled at him that they had to go to the doctor, the first thing he said was that yes they needed to take care of Tay . Tay was talking about Ilay because his wound was wayyy worst .
He told his team to kill him any way they could because he doesn’t know how would he react when Tay dies . He says its not about he not able to kill himself but he will go berserk when Tay dies loosing what little of humanity he has .

- Jaeui gets kidnapped as a kid (before he was even 10)
- Taeui gets forced into becoming Ilay’s assistant at UNHRDO. Technically not a kidnapping…but it got so bad he literally had to escape.
- Taeui gets kidnapped again by people who are after Richard. (Ilay comes to rescue him. Not a good thing btw)
- Because this time, Ilay kidnaps Taeui himself and forces him to stay by his side for months.
- Meanwhile ever since Taeui joined UNHRDO, Jaeui has been kidnapped by Raumaan the entire time.
- While being held by Ilay, Taeui convinces him to go look for his kidnapped brother…only for Taeui to get kidnapped by Raumaan too. (Xinlu comes to rescue them. Also not a good thing)
- While they’re being held by Raumaan, both Taeui and Jaeui get kidnapped again, this time by Xinlu. (Ilay comes to rescue them again. This is not just “not a good thing” It’s a very bad thing this time)
- Then comes the permanent kidnapping. A lifetime subscription…aka Stockholm syndrome. Jaeui isn’t much better either, cause he’d go right back to his former captor too.
- And if you think that’s the end…nope. Taeui gets kidnapped again in later volumes.
