Wasn't it the other way around. MC had s*x with a guy and the runaway brother was the one died.
The MC's twin brother committed suicide at school, and it seems like the truth behind his death is being kept as a school secret. Before he died, the MC accidentally saw his brother having sex with another guy. Shocked and disgusted, the MC ran away and threw up. I think the horrified expression on the MC's face made his brother believe he could never be accepted, which may have pushed him to take his own life.
