That would be interesting but there is definitely a photobooth thing of Nanjo and Mokyeon’s pictures from that date lying on the floor

i think the last few panels of ch. 32 were from before Mokyeon met Sunhwa.
i'd like to think the next chapter will give us a glimpse of how their friendship started, how they ended up saving each other, and how their friendship grew into what we saw at the start of S1.
but maybe i'm asking for too much since last season, Sunhwa came across as a pretty shallow character to me, so i don't know if i'm giving him too much credit. but it's obvious that he and Mokyeon looked out for each other in their own ways (not considering Nanjo).
i think it would make the betrayal hit so much harder when we cut back to where we left off at the end of S1. if we get to see how deep Mokyeon and Sunhwa's friendship actually was, it would add even more weight to Mokyeon's choices. and more pain for us readers (ㅅ´ ˘ `)♡
