these side effects aren’t normal but i don’t think they are related to paracetamol. usually you don’t instantly overdose, there are stages of overdose.
however, if you’re not feeling alright you should go to the hospital, just in case. don’t be too worried, look up for paracetamol overdose symptoms and see if you relate to them or not. if your symptoms don’t go away or it get worse, don’t feel bad for calling 911
from my experience, you don't get overdose from 5 tablets BUT your symptoms seems bad. Please go to hospital to get checked. Call your friends or uncle or aunt to help you if your parents are not helping
