Actually, that makes sense. I did notice that there are a lot of stories where the ML is in child form, which is is kinda weird, especially they don't really get criticized as much unlike other stories where the girl is the one in child form.
But thankfully in this story, they didnt drag the ML's child form for how many chapters. They immediately timeskipped. I don't know if the artist is just trying to replicate how a malnourished adult would be or is she just feeding her fantasies.
