Yes depends on where in the end you mean. In the final chapters of the main omega complex story, they are doing the festival and dohyun leaves quickly afterwards. Dohyun is 20 and Wooyeon is 16 (rereading it says he's a 3rd year middle school not hs my bad) but the important takeaway is that dohyun does not do anything sexual or have sexual feelings for wooyeon at this point. It isnt until after they met again when wooyeon is 20 and theyre both in college. Dohyun is still arguably getting over his crush on yoonwoo at this point of omega complex anyway.
In the omega complex sides, though, there is a scene where yoonwoo and others are at the bar and they discuss dohyun dating wooyeon. That is well after wooyeon has started college but I'm not entirely sure where in their relationship they are at that point. Yoonwoo says its already been 3 years and that dohyun is a graduate but the timeline is a bit fuzzy so not entirely sure but wooyeon is college age in that brief scene. Also, yoonwoo has finished graduate school at that point and started his career, and since he was a TA when woonyeon was a freshman, wooyeon is probably 21 or 22 at that point of the omega complex sides

Omega complex: dohyun is 20 y/o and freshman. Dohyun has a crush on Yoonwoo (omega complex mc). Yoonwoo rejects him. Dohyun begins to tutor Wooyeon(alpha trauma mc). Dohyun is still freshman and 20. Wooyeon is 16 in high school. Dohyun DOES NOT go back and forth between liking Yoonwoo (omega complex mc) and Wooyeon (alpha trauma mc). Dohyun is GETTING OVER HIS CRUSH when he begins tutoring Wooyeon

Wooyeon (16) confesses to Dohyun (20). Dohyun gently rejects him ("you were too young for me to love you" or whatever he said. Fully recognizes age difference AND what he was doing for mc's mom to know he shouldnt take anything forward. He also says in novel he did NOT have sexual like for wooyeon at this point. He began developing "innocent" feelings but BECAUSE OF THE AGE GAP SAID NO THAT ISNT RIGHT AND BOUNCED)
Dohyun does military service (2 years). At the beginning of alpha trauma, Dohyun is 24 and a senior, so 4 years have passed. Wooyeon goes to the US to finish high school.
Additional spoiler about Dohyun and mc's mom
You are SUPPOSED to suspect Dohyun because he is sus but that is part of the plot. He is actually not a bad guy. Yes when he was Wooyeon's tutor (meaning 4 years ago) he did report to Wooyeon's mom (who is a controlling person for her own reasons) but the important thing is when Wooyeon (16) confessed to Dohyun (20), Dohyun quit being an informant for the mom. He is not still an informant now in college, he is just being framed to appear that way by author and other circumstances ("did you look at my phone?"). He has not reported to mc's mom since he tutored Wooyeon. ALSO he had a GOOD REASON FOR DOING IT and he DECIDED IT WAS WRONG AND STOPPED. Yall havent even read the novel and are losing your minds just omg read the novel instead of spreading uninformed opinions in the comments you are ruining people's reading experiences lol
