you guys really read that novel with your asses instead of eyes omg he didn’t make koi forbidden to see the children, at the bliss story we literally saw them together as family going on event, casual and familiar. Ash himself always respected his ideas as well, koi was the one who made chase go into acting and ash encouraged it since he himself said he never had any cruel intents towards his children unlike dominic, his father. koi could intreact with children safely, ash just said he’ll take the disicpline into his own hand since gentle-parenting was useless towards children who literally born with lack of moral values. and this was not bc of jealousy it was because concern since his children tried to fucking kill his husband. stop treating miller siblings like traumatized neglected kids, the reason they could blind into society was thx to ash who tried to make them decent human beings instead of giving up on them. you guys are all larping ZIG’s universe at this point

i don’t disagree but still not agreeing to the core. if we are going to look at miller family we should remember the fact ashley has brain problem which made him canonically emotionally unavaible and again kids are troubled from the birth. i’m not going to say ash is best father but not the worst or bad one either if we are considering conditions and definetly not the villain of the series
most of my paragraphs got deleted just bc i used emoji oh my lordd well, i simply don’t think while characters like Dominic and harrison, sane mfs has no hate, ash who were crazy but still managed to be better father and husband don’t deserve the treatment.
it’s canon that even tho ash could not feel emotions he still tried to do his fatherly duties. like how he said to chase he’ll get him another bird, it came out traumatic for chase but actually ash was just tried to reassure him in his inner monolouge. and again when he asked nath if they should go to party together it was bc his own trauma of his father went him go by force. for someone who don’t feel love, he still had care for them. he himself said he loves his children in dmiyc and even hopeful himself when Grayson learned emphaty from dane,
kids were just raised in more strict house but his jeaolusy or possesiveness never was direct abuse towards them mostly stayed like annoyance, this didn’t affect them because they are not kind of ppl who can get affected by it. it’s true ash was not normal but so the children.
so if Grayson gained symphaty for doing bad things with good intentions ash deserves the same treatment. both was something that they couldn’t control or undertsand. again i don’t think ash is the best father but for an crazy man and more crazy children most of his actions were pretty reasonable, he really did the best he could do. it’s just fruastraing to watch him get declared “crazy mf,” “bad neglectful dad,” as if he is the reason they all turned out like this. it’s stupid to love one miller to hate on other as if they are all not in the same boat. love the all or hate the all is what is my problem. i love all, including ash and koi and instead of accepting them as family with not normal dynamic since they are dominant alphas and omegas finding blame is exhausting to argue
