So, up until this point we have - MC whose heart was broken in the past, now turned 'whore' (love me some shaming of a man who just likes a different dick every night) who can't open his heart to anyone and an introverted, bullied ML who, like a total creep, just fucked the MC out of the blue one night while the MC was unaware who it even was as he stayed over at his brother's. Not only that, he puts the MC on a pedestal and calls him angel, accompanied by some random flashback that means nothing. Tbh, I'm annoyed by this story and the characters more than anything. I went in with the expectations it would be kinky in the best way possible, with an actually submissive top, but it's just a mid af story about a whiny down bad dude who wants to fuck a dude who copes with dick because his feefees got hurt in the past. Underwhelming.
Also, what's with the numbness to pain?? This aspect is so secondary I basically forget about it almost every chapter.
