No he does not in the literal sense but the political sense. He destroys the council, assassinates or takes away power and land from anyone involved, kills Trudye so he “burns down” the political faction trying to control the kingdom. Abel’s Regas power helps Karas completely stabilize his madness (not specifically from Black Poison but from his mental issues and control of power). Ever since they ran into the forest way back before like chapter 60 Abel’s Regas power has been helping stabilize his emotions and stuff and another really important factor is A) he is so powerful that the poison has no effect on him because also B) big spoiler here but after Abel was murdered by the poison he tried to drink it repeatedly to kill himself and follow him into the afterlife. So all of these 3 things together makes the poison useless to him lol.
If I remember right, no I do not think they ever find a cure the only cure is death and reincarnation. But the story being based so heavily around this, the spoiler here is that… they never needed a cure in the first place because Karas is immune so it’s a big plot twist but it’s like, how would they know? You know lol.
Anyways, anything else you want to know?

haha that would be funny but if I remember correctly it’s because he was like I will exit from your life and step back being a Regas if you burn this whole world down. since Abel dying was the main reason Karas’ psyche broke he uses that too his advantage to leverage Karas into not doing something you can’t return from, plus he hates violence. but like I said I could be remembering wrong it’s been a while since I read it
Agreed. There was fire. And he ordered mataaz to circulate that oil that is very flammable. He intended to burn everything down cuz he was done with everyone else. Abel agreed to keep letting him burn everything saying he can’t stop him but Abel will miss people. He will miss traveling. Crowded festivals. They would have to hold hands if it’s crowded. And since it’s crowded they might have to share a room in an inn. Of all the things Abel listed, karas was most interested in sharing a room and bed with his Regas. So he stops the burning. And restores the power to be contained in the forest. So the forest mist is back. Also random but karas checks if he can take the power back from the forest at will and he can.
I’m talking about when Duke Trudye ordered the forest to be burned down. The magical one. To undermine the king’s authority. But Karas inherits the forests powers instead, which backfired on Trudye’s plans. Could you point me to what chapter in the novel you’re reading this from cause it low-key sounds like we read different stories I am confused
….. what are you talking about bro Karas never burns down anything physically and that conversation doesn’t happen or at least not in that way. Karas already has the power of the forest and he doesn’t restore it directly. The trees grow back naturally and and once Karas’ power stabilized because of Abel the mist comes back. And yes Karas can use the powers cause he’s had it since the forest burned down and it transferred to him

Okay novel readers, please spoil what's going to happen? The angst is killing me!
